I have a strange language related question...
Has anyone heard the sound "ow" being pronounced "uw" - 
eg. suwnd, nuw, huwse, bruwn etc?
Don't know what the phonetic symbol is for it so I can't 
explain very well, but i'm interested in its whereabouts.
Can anyone help?
